The project is in jishou, hunan province. The waste heat generated by the chemical industry is recycled by 2 waste heat boilers to drive  the steam turbine for power generation and equipped with power distribution system. It use the waste heat to generate about 6 million kwh each year, saving more than 4 million yuan.
